"After completing a post-doctoral fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine in 1985, Dr Small returned to his hometown area of south central Pennsylvania and worked within a hospital setting and group physician practice before setting up his private practice in 1989. The private practice has now grown to include four associates with Master's degrees who work under the supervision of Dr. Small. The practice has maintained a warm, friendly environment attached to an old Victorian home on Main Street in Mechanicsburg.

Our approach is to match our clinicians to treat best the issues presented to us. We will competently treat most presenting problems, but we will refer primary drug and alcohol issues to an appropriate local facility. You can have all of your questions answered by calling us.
